The Golf Fitness Center, under the direction of TPI Certified Golf Fitness Instructor Dr. Tom Sangiorgio, offers physical screening and custom conditioning programs designed to improve your game.  Outstanding skill, commitment to quality and focus on the needs of each individual are evident throughout their process.
 
Your First Visit

Your first visit, a 90 minute session, includes an array of tests usually reserved for the best golfers in the world.  The Golf Fitness Center will assess your:

  • Strength
  • Flexibility
  • Balance
  • Endurance
  • Stabilty
  • Power

Your first visit will also include a full set of diagnostics:

  • Body fat analysis
  • Postural analysis
  • Bi-lateral weight scales
  • X-rays
 
Having complteted this physical screening process, Dr. Sangiorgio will understand your ability to generate and transfer speed and can determine the most efficient energy transfer throughout your body.
 
 
Your Follow-Up Visit
 
After consulting with us regarding your golf swing and your personal priorities for improvement, Dr. Sangiorgio will review your results with you and provide you with a personalized TPI Golf Fitness Program.
 
 
Your Conditioning Program

You may choose to pursue your golf fitness program at The Golf Fitness Center in their fully equipped gym and under the direction of their head trainer, Bob Blaisdell.  Bob holds a BS in Exercise Physiology from Temple University and is currently pursuing a Masters  from West Chester University.  He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, a Certified Personal Trainer, and has worked as a sports performance coach for the country's leading sports performance franchise, instructing athletes in the areas of speed, power, agility and strength..
